Firth Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Veterinary Receptionist (Full-time)

We are searching for a Super Star with previous experience in a veterinary environment who wants to be part of an amazing Front Desk (Client Advocacy) team!

Qualifications
• Must love animals! Your compassion for pets should shine through in your care for their humans.
• Prior reception experience providing exceptional client service both in person and over the phone is required.
• The ability to juggle the bustle of a busy office. Answering phones, triaging patients, assisting clients in person and rocking it as a team member, all at the same time.
• Tech Savvy with the ability to learn new computer software quickly.
• The ability to problem solve, applying solutions from prior situations to new as well as the ability to innovate new ways to overcome challenges that pop up.
• Confidence in the skills you possess while remaining humble enough to know that no one has ALL of the answers. When you are confident, clients are confident in you.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
• Most importantly a positive “Can-do” attitude and willingness to contribute to a rich culture

Hours & Availability

This opportunity is currently working in person with current clinic hours as follows:

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm

Friday 9-2pm

For the successful candidate, we are willing to customize a schedule that works for you! Need mornings or afternoons, Part Time or Full time scheduling can be accommodated with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Our amazing team members can expect competitive pay and great benefits! The starting range for this position is $18-23 per hour, dependent upon education, registration and experience.
