Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Silver Star Animal Care Clinic, you will be the friendly face and caring voice of our clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding customer service to our clients while ensuring their pets' well-being is a top priority. By effectively communicating with pet owners, you will help them navigate their pets' healthcare needs, appointments, and any concerns they may have. Your ability to build strong client relationships and provide a compassionate and supportive experience will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and with empathy.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently to accommodate both clients and medical staff.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing clear instructions and guidance on animal care and treatment plans.
• Estimate treatment costs for procedures and inform clients of payment options.
• Handle payment collection and maintain accurate records of client transactions and account details.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure seamless client service and excellent patient care.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
