Espanola Animal Hospital is hiring a Animal Care Technician (Full-time)

Our Animal Care Technicians are provided with on-the-job training beginning with a solid understanding of the basics of patient care and facility maintenance. From there, the sky is the limit! Even full tuition in an accredited Veterinary Technician program is on the table. You could earn your RVT credential while you work!

Starting wage is $20.00/hour ($23.00/hr differential when on night shift). This position rotates between approximately 3 weeks of daytime and one week of overnight shifts. When on overnight shifts, you can look forward to a long weekend every weekend, and a $3/hr wage differential.

Please note that this position does also include outdoor work such as caring for hospital lawns and gardens, shovelling, cleaning up garbage and debris, etc. The corporation owns 5 properties, 2 of which are located in Espanola. From time to time you will have a shift scheduled in Espanola.
